About Bankers Direct Lending

After nearly 30 years of experience in all facets of sales, marketing, and the real estate financing industry, Dave Velazquez formed Bankers Direct Lending in July, 1996 as his answer to the general lack of quality client service by other brokers and banks in Southern California.

Licensed since 1976 by the California Department of Real Estate, Dave has a long history in the real estate business. He's held every conceivable management and training position, working for and managing several different companies along the way - as well as owning his own companies. He's originated and closed thousands of loans during his career, but Dave still loves the challenge of finding just the right loan that will solve a client's unique problem.

Dave has stated that his mission at Bankers Direct Lending is "to provide a loan for every borrower regardless of their credit circumstances, while maintaining our integrity and treating everyone with respect."

Dave leads the way. More often than not it will be Dave answering the phone, returning emails and customer inquiries, and negotiating directly with a major bank on a client's behalf.

He is often called upon as a motivational speaker for real estate and sales management groups throughout Southern California. Being bilingual, Dave is especially equipped to service the rapidly growing Hispanic community, but works his financial magic for all of his clients.
